If you live outside the USA and want to book a Royal Caribbean cruise we recommend booking
with a travel agency based in the USA or on Royal Caribbean's US website.
Booking through the USA
When you book a cruise through a US based travel agency or through Royal Caribbean's
US website you will often get a better price than you would get if you booked through an agency
or Royal Caribbean's website in your home country.
Should the price of a cruise drop after you have booked the cruise the agency and Royal Caribbean
will price match the new price, as long has final payment has not been made. This is not the case
in all countries. We know that bookings made in the UK are not repriced if the prices drop.
Booking directly through Royal Caribbean
If you book through Royal Caribbean directly, and you notice that the price of your sailing has dropped
you should call Royal Caribbean directly and ask for the sailing to be repriced. If final payment has been
made Royal Caribbean will not reprice the sailing, but they may, if you push hard, provide discounted upgrades
to your stateroom and require you to only pay the difference.
Booking through Cruises with Friends
If you book through Cruises with Friends and our travel partner Cruise Booking Services they will proactively
monitor price changes to your booking and reprice where possible. Should you notice that the price of your sailing
has dropped, and they have accidentally missed it, you can always contact them directly and ask for the sailing to be
repriced. If final payment has been made they cannot reprice, but they will try hard to help you get an upgraded cabin
at the same price or for a small difference in the fare, as long as the cabin is in a higher category than you are already
in.
