Royal Caribbean's Crown & Anchor Society

Published: 17 April 2024

The Crown & Anchor society is Royal Caribbean's loyalty program. This blog and 6 other blogs go through the program, its tiers and its benefits. We aim to give you the most important information and not waffle on. Royal Caribbean updated the benefits recently, which is why we have updated and republished this blog.

Official Crown & Anchor Page

The official page for the Crown is www.royalcaribbean.com/crown-anchor-society.

Earning Points

You start earning points from your first cruise. You earn points for each night you spend on a cruise, based on the table below.

Single Occupancy Double Occupancy
Inside 2 1
Ocean View 2 1
Balcony 2 1
Suite 3 2

Points Expiry

Your points never expire and once you have reached a tier you will stay on that tier for the rest of your life.

Crown & Anchor Tiers

The Crown & Anchor tiers can be found below, with how many points are required for each tier. Click on the tier to view the benefits for that tier.

Move Up In Tiers

If you move up to the next tier on a sailing it will take effect on your next sailing. It can take Royal Caribbean up to a week to apply your new points to your account.

Should you be doing back to back sailings and you have moved up to a new tier on the first sailing contact the Loyalty Ambassador onboard to have the new benefits applied to your second sailing.

Benefits

The benefits you get improve the higher up you get in the tiers, even Gold members receive some worthwhile benfits. The really good benefits kick in at the Diamond level and above. Click here to see a list of the benefits at each tier.

As well as the benefits described in the link above there are also on board benefits. You will receive a list of these benefits when you go to your stateroom at the start of the cruise. We have assembled a list of the onboard benefits, which you can access on our tier pages.
