Yes, you get Crown & Anchor points when you go on complimentary casino cruises on Royal Caribbean ships.
In 2022 we spent a lot of time in the casino on Royal Caribbean ships in order to experience Royal Caribbean's Casino Royale loyalty program Club Royale. We were able to earn 3 Instant Cruise Certificates which translated to 3 complimentary cruises.
We had to pay the port fees and taxes of course, but other than that the cruises were complimentary. We received full Crown & Anchor points for these sailings.
